Decision¶
Proposed: the full proposal will name the EPA Edison LSL test bed (seven-section design) and ESTCP EW25-8806 (Dartmouth ULEMA/LCS Phase 1 at Edison) as terrestrial work this project will use rather than repeat. It will not quote unpublished Phase 1 accuracy numbers. Task 2 will add controlled standoff and a comparison to that terrestrial baseline. EW25-8486 and EW25-8604 will be named as related ESTCP efforts without asserting they tested at Edison.
